There is a lot of confusion and chaos since the Prime minister acknowledged the country about the demonetization of the in use 500 and 1000 rupee note. Lots of political leaders were against this move and referred it as “natak” and “stupid”. But lots of public figures came into the lime light using twitter to support the PM.
The President, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, addressed the citizens and asked them not to panic in the ongoing situation. He asked people to follow the guidelines to exchange their money and support the government’s decision. He also praised the PM for his thoughtful and bold step which will help them to track all the unaccounted money.
West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee termed the whole decision as a mere “drama”. She said the PM can not bring the black money from abroad as promised so he’s creating a drama to divert his failure. In her tweet she said, she wants to know how her poor brothers and sisters will buy atta and chai from their hard earned 500 rupee note. He called the government ill hearted and said they are trashing the middle class citizens in the name of anti-corruption.
BJP president Amit Shah congratulated Modi ji on twitterby saying it was a good decision to dis continue the 500 and 1000 rupee note as it will help in eliminating the corruption.
Superstar Rajnikanth showed his gesture and posted a new India is born.
Whereas the CEO and founder of Bandhan Bank said that the step will cause a little difficulty to small businessmen and traders with the launch of the new rule.
The Co-founder and CEO of Snapdeal said that with the new rule, India will witness a massive boom in India’s economy.
